While being part of the DROELOE project I did the art-direction of our 2nd bigger body of work called "The Choices We Face".
"The Choices We Face" serves as a continuation of "A Moment In Time" and expands upon its original story. Where "A Moment In Time" referred to a collection of singular moments that when connected formed a story "The Choices We Face" explores the idea that every story is filled with choices, how you make these choices can lead you to various conclusions.
Compositionally these artworks also expand upon the concept of using perspective to reference narrative ideas and structures used in "A Moment In Time". By Switching from a 1-point to a 2-point perspective, signifying this as the second chapter of the series. It also symbolizes the core idea of how a story can be a sequence of choices and how you make these choices can lead you to different outcomes.
As with most of the DROELOE work, the subject matter of these artworks portrays strong personal connections and memories linked to their tracks on the EP respectively.

As part of the roll-out for the "The Choices We Face" EP I created a lyric-video to give more focus on the lyrics and give more insight into the world of one of the lead singles "Weird Machine".
This lyric-video takes a deep-dive into the what's portrait in the album artwork and puts these ideas into motion.
To celebrate the release of "The Choices We Face" and to shine more light on the multi-disciplinary nature of the DROELOE project we created the first digital DROELOE Art-gallery.
The art gallery serves as a place for people to get a better insight into the world of DROELOE and as a digital purchase platform where people can buy prints and canvases of the artworks.
To kick things off we launched the art-gallery with an opening exhibition consisting of a 360° live-stream exploring the world of DROELOE. This video gave people the option to take a step into the world of DROELOE in a more immersive way than before and shines a light on the multi-disciplinary nature of the DROELOE project.
I had the pleasure to create the stage-design for the 2018-2019 North America tour that was linked to the "The Choices We Face" EP.
To continue the iconography and style that the album & single artworks established we designed a 4x4x4ft LED cube that encapsulates the DJ Booth and delivers a unique experience for the people in the crowd.
